Pam currently works at Amazon Web Services (AWS) helping financial institutions scale their business, drive innovation and create seamless customer experiences using the cloud. Previously, she ran digital product development at HSBC U.S. and lead the digital transformation for the International business, a strategic focus for the company with its presence in 60+ countries. Her team ran in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE).She is ex-Amex, L'Oreal and Digitas and her experience spans the front-end, back-end and underlying enablers that build a true digital E2E experience: digital marketing and messaging, product development and strategy, platforms, UX research, analytics and performance.During her free time, she enjoys running, cooking and traveling (pre-pandemic).
